Kirtan je hudobná prax pochádzajúca z Indie, pri ktorej sa v skupine opakujú spevy a mantry, často za sprievodu nástrojov, ako je harmónium a perkusie. Jeho cieľom je zvyšovať duchovné povedomie a vytvárať pocit spolupatričnosti. Je to forma aktívnej meditácie s krátkymi obdobiami ticha. Touto udalosťou vás prevedie Claudio Salinas (ARG). Tento workshop sa koná v Prahe.

Každý sa môže pridať k tomuto magickému večeru, či ste skúsený spevák, alebo ste tento typ udalosti ešte nikdy neskúšali.

Gong & Sound Academy 2025

Kirtan bude tiež súčasťou Gong & Sound Academy , v ktorej sa naučíte využívať rôzne liečivé hudobné nástroje vrátane gongov, spievajúcich misiek, krištáľových mís a krištáľových zvukových liečivých nástrojov, ladičiek, shruti boxu, harmónia; vrátane liečivej sily vlastného hlasu. Okrem toho sa naučíte mnoho, mnoho rôznych praktických techník, ako viesť gongové a zvukové terapie, terapie 1-1, techniky samo-liečby, čistenia priestoru a ďalšie. Gong je hlavným nástrojom prepájajúcim všetky učenia.

Pôjde o kombináciu osobných workshopov (každé 4 mesiace), online stretnutí & individuálnych mentorských sedení s Claudiom Salinas a Andrey Kmochovej.

After series of sucessfull events with Claudio Salinas, we are bringing you completely new concept of diving deep into the world of healing sound. Introduction to Gong & Sound Therapy workshop is a pre-event to one year Gong & Sound Academy that will start at the beginning of 2025. You will learn and most importantly experience the profound effects of tuning forks, singing bowls, voice and gongs. The teachers are Claudio Salinas (ARG) and Andrea Kmochová (SK). This workshop takes place in Prague.

Who is this training aimed at?

Gong & Sound Therapy Introdution workshop is aimed at those who would like to attend the year long Gong & Sound Academy in 2025 and have not attended any workshops by Claudio in the past, OR those who want to dive deeper into the topics of tuning forks, singing bowls, voice and gongs. We strongly recommend to have some experience with playing gongs.  If you are not sure if this training is suitable for you, we are happy to answer any questions.

Gong & Sound Academy 2025

Gong & Sound Academy is a year long school where you will learn effects of various sound healing instruments including gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls and crystal sound healing instruments, tuning forks, shruti box & harmonium, including the healing power of your own voice. Additionally, you will learn many, many different hands-on techniques on how to lead gong & soundhealing sessions, 1-1 sessions, self-help techniques, cleasing the space techniques and more. The gong is always the main instrument connecting all the teachings.

It will be a combination of in person workshops (every 4 months), online sessions & individual mentoring sessions by Claudio Salinas and Andrea Kmochová.

Claudio Salinas/ Nirmal Karam Singh

Nirmal Karam Singh is a Gongmaster and Kundalini yoga teacher, originally from Argentina but based in Belgium, who describes himself as a seeker. He focuses his practice on processes of personal transformation. He has trained and explored the world of gong intensively great teachers, in particular with Don Conreaux and Methab Benton and has  also worked with the gong theatre of the soul and the masks of the four temperaments. He organises Gong Baths, Gong trainings and Gong Pujas in Belgium and throughout Europe. He is now developing alchemical retreats taking the gongs to key energy spaces in the planet to connect with subtle energies.

He is particularly interested in Gong as a tool for transcending personal blocks and connecting with our higher self and the subtle energies of the ascended masters. He has also developed a profound practice of Kirtan and using the voice as an alchemical tool of personal transformation.

Andrea Kmochová

Andrea is trained by various gong masters such as Don Conreaux, GongMuse Surana, Tom Soltron, Aidan McIntyre, and Claudio Salinas. She established Vlna zdravia (SK) and GongWaves (CZ) that focus on brining the best gong and soundhealing educational events, concerts, and therapies to Slovakia and Czech republic.

Gongs

Participants are asked to bring a maximum of 1 gong, ideally with stand and mallets (if possible). If you have a stand for two gongs, let us know and we will put you in touch with someone who needs a stand. If you own a shruti box or other instruments, we’d be happy if you brought them along. Owning or bringing a gong is not a requirement for participation.

Gongs and instruments available for purchase

There are gongs available for purchase at the workshop from various brands: Grotta Sonora, Gongland, Tone of Life, and mallets from Olli Hess.

You will also be able to purchase shruti box, shamanic flutes, singing bowls, tuning forks, and other interesting sound healing instruments presented by Claudio Salinas.

There will be a market on Saturday evenining, after the end of the workshop.

Gong workshops are held in the amazing House of Holistic Health in Prague, which was founded by a Japanese monk. Parking is available in the building.

The number of participants is limited. Your place is reserved upon receipt of advance payment. The remaining balance is payable on the spot in cash or by bank transfer up to 2 days before the start of the workshop, i.e. no later than 23.10.2024.
