Po úspešnom minuloročnom Gong Master Training (GMT) s Claudiom Salinas, sme sa rozhodli priniesť vám nezabudnuteľné pokračovanie vo forme dvoch tematicky spojených workshopov, v júni a októbri 2023! Tréning v júni je zameraný na pokročilé techniky hrania na gong a prácu s hlasom a shruti boxom. V októbri sa naučíte ako používať iné nástroje na terapeutickú prácu s gongom a prehĺbenie spojenia hlasu s gongom. Učením vás budú sprevádzať skúsení Gong Mastri: Claudio Salinas (ARG) a Andrea Bajnoková (SR). Táto 2-dňová udalosť sa koná v Prahe, v zen Dome holistického zdravia založeným japonským mníchom.

Pre koho je určený tento gong workshop?
Tento workshop odporúčame najmä tým, ktorí majú s hraním na gong skúsenosti. Pôjdeme do hĺbky tém o liečivom zvuku gongu či práce s hlasom. Ak ste len na začiatku svojej cesty s gongom a láka vás zúčastniť sa tejto veľkolepej udalosti, neváhajte nás tak či tak kontaktovať.

Claudio Salinas
Claudio Salinas (Nirmal Karam Singh) je Gong Master a učiteľ Kundalini jogy pochádzajúci z Argentíny, momentálne sídliaci v Belgicku.
Svoju prax sústreďuje na procesy osobnej transformácie. Intenzívne trénoval a skúmal svet gongu s Donom Conreauxom, Methabom Bentonom, Mojcou Malek, Aidanom McIntyre a Markom Swanom. Spolupracoval aj s Gongovým divadlom duše (Gong Theatre of the Soul) a maskami 4 temperamentov pod vedením známeho režiséra Boba Horwella.
Organizuje gongové kúpele, tréningy a Gong Puje v Belgicku a celej Európe. V posledných rokoch sa intenzívne ponoril do práce so shruti boxom a každý mesiac organizuje špeciálne kruhy objavovania svojho hlasu spolu so shruti. V sanskrte „Śruti“ znamená okrem iného „odhalenie“ a tieto kruhy skutočne vytvárajú priestor otvorenosti pomocou hlasu, ktorý nám umožňuje komunikovať s najemnejšími aspektmi nás samých. Zaujíma ho najmä ako použiváť gong ako nástroj na prekonanie osobných blokov, spojenie s naším vyšším ja a jemnými energiami vzostúpených majstrov. Rozvinul si tiež hlbokú prax kirtanu a spevu pod vedením svetoznámej Nikki Slade a pravidelne organizuje kirtan a večery so spevom v Bruseli.
Andrea Bajnoková
Andrea priniesla na Slovensko gongy v roku 2014, odkedy sa intenzívne venuje vedeniu Gong kúpeľov, učeniu hry na gong, či koncertovaniu. V roku 2021 založila GongWaves štúdio v Prahe. Spolupracuje so svetovými jedničkami v oblasti hrania na gong (Don Conreaux, duo Tone of Life, GongMuse Surana, Aidan McIntyre). Zorganizovala prvé dva Gong Master tréningy na Slovensku a v Českej republike a jej workshopy absolvovalo viac ako 100 nádejných Gong Mastrov.

Gongy
Prosíme účastníkov, aby si so sebou priniesli maximálne 1 gong, ideálne so stojanom a paličkami (ak je to možné). Ak máte stojan na dva gongy, tak nám dajte vedieť a spojíme vás s niekým, kto stojan potrebuje. Ak vlastníte shruti box alebo iné nástroje, budeme rady ak ich prinesiete so sebou. Vlastniť alebo priniesť gong nie je podmienkou účasti.
Gongy a nástroje k zakúpeniu
Na workshope sú k zakúpeniu gongy od rôznych značiek: Grotta Sonora, Gongland, Tone of Life, a paličky od značky Olli Hess. Našu momentálnu ponuku nájdete tu.
Taktiež si budete môcť zakúpiť/objednať shruti box, šamanské píštaly, paličky Luna mallets a gongy od iných značiek, ktoré predstaví Claudio Salinas.
Rezervácia
Vaše miesto si rezervujete zaslaním vašich údajov (meno, telefónne číslo) na e-mail info@vlnazdravia.sk .
Vaše miesto je záväzne rezervované po prijatí zálohy na účet.
Počet miest je obmedzený. Odporúčame si miesto rezervovať dostatočne dopredu.
Cena a záloha
Pre rezerváciu miesta je nutná platba zálohy:
- účasť na oboch workshopoch (jún + október) = 290€/ 7.250kč/osoba/workshop (= spolu oba workshopy 580€)
platí sa záloha vo výške 180€
Za každý workshop doplatíte 200€ v deň konania workshopu. Zálohu je nutné uhradiť do 10.6.2023.
- účasť na jednom workshope (jún ALEBO október) = 350€/ 8.750kč/osoba/workshop
platí sa záloha vo výške 100€
V deň začatia workshopu doplatíte 250€. Zálohu je nutné uhradiť do 10.6.2023, resp. do 30.9.2023 v prípade októbrového workshopu.
Miesto konania
Miesto: Avaloka, Praha
Gong workshopy sa konajú v úžasnom Dome holistického zdravia v Prahe, ktorý bol založený japonským mníchom. V objekte je možné parkovať.
Podmienky platby
Počet účastníkov je limitovaný. Vaše miesto je rezervované na základe prijatia zálohovej platby. Zvyšok sa platí na mieste v hotovosti, alebo prevodom maximálne 2 dni pred začatím workshopu, t.j. najneskôr do 15.6.2023, resp. 5.10.2023.
- Vrátenie zálohy
Aby sme boli schopní zorganizovať workshop sa zahraničnými lektormi, potrebujeme si byť istí počtom účastníkov.
Prosím berte do úvahy, že kvôli týmto skutočnostiam je vaša záloha nevratná.
Po konzultácii s nami môžete nájsť náhradného účastníka, ktorému pripíšeme vašu zálohu a miesto.
- Zrušenie vašej účasti
Zrušenie účasti po 10.6.2023, resp. 30.9.2023: je nutné uhradiť plnú hodnotu workshopu (290€)
Účastník, ktorý sa rozhodne nepokračovať vo workshope v hocijaký čas počas trvania workshopu nemá právo na finančnú náhradu.
- Zrušenie workshopu zo strany organizátorov
V prípade, že by sa workshop nekonal pre nepredvídateľné skutočnosti, bude vám uhradená plná suma zálohy, ktorú ste zaplatili.
S platbou zálohy súhlasíte s vyššie spomenutými podmienkami.

After last year’s successful Gong Master Training (GMT) with Claudio Salinas, we have designed two combined workshops, in June and October 2023! Training in June is focused on advanced gong playing technique and work with voice and shruti box. In October, you will learn how to use other tools for enhacing the Gong bath and how to deepen the connection between your voice and the gong. Workshops are led by experienced Gong Masters: Claudio Salinas (ARG) and Andrea Bajnoková (SR). This 2-day event takes place in Prague, at the Zen House of Holistic Health.

Who is this gong workshop intended for?
We recommend this workshop especially to those who have experience playing the gong. We will go into the depth of topics about the healing sound of the gong and working with the voice. If you are just at the beginning of your journey with the gong and you are tempted to participate in this spectacular event, do not hesitate to contact us either way.

Teachers
Claudio Salinas
Claudio Salinas (Nirmal Karam Singh) is a Gongmaster and Kundalini yoga teacher, from Argentina but based in Belgium, who self-defined as a seeker.
He concentrates his practice focusing on personal transformation processes. He has trained and explored intensively the world of the Gong with Don Conreaux, Methab Benton, Mojca Malek, Aidan McIntyre and Mark Swan, working also with Gong theatre of the soul and the four temperament masks with Bob Horwell.
He holds gong baths, gong trainings and gong Pujas in Belgium and across Europe. In the last couple of years he has delved deep in the work of the shruti box, and holds special shruti discovery circles monthly in Brussels and beyond. In Sanskrit, “Śruti” means, amonst other things “revelation” and these circles really create a space of openness through the use of the voice to allow us to communicate with the more subtle aspects of ourselves. He is particularly interested in the Gong as a tool to transcend personal blockages and link with our higher selves and the subtle energies of the ascended masters. He has also developed a deep Kirtan and chanting practice. and has been fortunate enough to train with Nikki Slade and holds regular Kirtan and chanting evenings in Brussels.
Andrea Bajnoková
Andrea introduced gongs to Slovakia in 2014, since when she leads Gong baths, teaches the art of gong or playsat concerts. In 2021 she establishes GongWaves sutio in Prague. She colaborates with world experts in gong playing (Don Conreaux, due Tone of Life, GongMuse Surana, Aidan McIntyre). She organized first two Gong Master trainings in Slovakia and Czech republic.

Gongs
Participants are asked to bring no more than 1 gong with them, ideally with a stand and mallets (if possible). If you have a stand for two gongs, let us know and we will connect you with someone who needs a stand. If you own a shruti box or other instruments, we would appreciate it if you brought them with you. Owning or bringing a gong/shruti box is NOT a requirement for participation.
Gongs and other instruments for purchase
Gongs from various brands are available for purchase at theworkshop: Grotta Sonora, Gongland, Tone of Life, and mallets from the Olli Hess brand. You can find our current offer here.
You will also be able to purchase/order a shruti box, shamanic pipes, Luna mallets and gongs from other brands that will be presented by Claudio Salinas.

Your place is bindingly reserved after receiving the deposit on the account.
The number of places is limited. We recommend booking a place well in advance.
Price & deposit
Pre rezerváciu miesta je nutná platba zálohy:
- participation in both workshops (June + October) = €290/CZK 7,250/person/workshop – deposit paid in the amount of €180.
For each workshop, you pay an additional €200 on the day of the workshop. The deposit must be - participation in one workshop (June OR October) = €350/CZK 8,750/person/workshop – deposit paid in the amount of €100
On the day of the start of the workshop, you will pay an additional €250. The deposit must be paid by June 10, 2023, or until 30.9.2023 in the case of the October workshop.

Venue: Avaloka, Praha
Gong workshops are held in the wonderful House of Holistic Health in Prague, which was founded by a Japanese monk. It is possible to park in the building.
Terms of payment
The number of participants is limited. Your place is reserved based on receipt of advance payment. The rest is paid on the spot in cash or by bank transfer no later than 2 days before the start of the workshop, i.e. no later than 15.6.2023, or 5.10.2023.
- Deposit refund
To be able to organize a workshop with foreign lecturers, we need to be sure of the number of participants.
Please note that due to these facts your deposit is non-refundable.
After consulting with us, you can find a replacement participant to whom we will credit your deposit and place.
- Cancellation of your participation
Cancellation of participation after 10.6.2023, or 30.9.2023: it is necessary to pay the full value of the workshop (€290)
A participant who decides not to continue with the workshop at any time during the duration of the workshop is not entitled to financial compensation.
- Cancellation of the workshop by the organizers
In the event that the workshop does not take place due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be reimbursed the full amount of the deposit you paid.
By paying the deposit, you agree to the conditions mentioned above.
